The problem
Agency with single Investor with large scale investment portfolio (100+) Software default Statement shows all properties on the one statement. The client was seeking simplified monthly statement as this format for monthly statement was onerous and were desperate for a simplified monthly statement.

The Fix/Our Solution
Real+ Outsourced Team created a bespoke report by customising the Owner Monthly summary report for client to consolidate all properties’ Income and Expenditure by Account Code to provide a clear and concise snapshot report of over their entire property portfolio.

The Outcome
The Agency was able to deliver a solution to meet their Client’s need to understand total expenditure by category of accounts per month and this provided further opportunities to grow their properties under management with their client.


The Problem
Agency newly contracted with Real+ Outsourced had current and legacy Trust Account adjustments, irregularities and unidentified deposits exceeding $10k + spanning 2 years.

The Fix/Our Solution
Real+ Outsourced Team worked closely with agency and advised bank traces, analysed and investigated various reports and found that deposits of similar receipting values and forensically traced back probable allocations. From there, the agency could contact tenants to check their payment receipts and banking. This reduced the agency’s arrears dramatically and ensured property owners were correctly paid.

The Outcome
The Agency was able to 1. allocate unknown funds and reduce adjustments, 2. implement correct processes and apply tenant codes for future deposits, lodge accurately to Treasury, 3. gain otherwise lost Agency Fees, and 4. maintain compliance and 5. retain their clients.
